Nuclear envoys of S. Korea, US, Japan talk N. Korea’s missile launch
Nuclear envoys from South Korea, the United States and Japan met Wednesday to discuss North Korea’s latest missile launch, which reportedly failed, according to Seoul’s foreign ministry.
