Stellantis’ Free2move to buy Mercedes-BMW’s car-sharing JV
Stellantis’ Free2move mobility hub announced on Tuesday it reached an agreement to acquire ShareNow, a car-sharing joint venture created in 2019 by Mercedes-Benz Mobility Group and BMW Group.
